Ask about allergens when you order: US food law names nine major allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame), and kitchens can tell you which dishes contain them.
Restaurant inspection results are kept by the city or county health department; many publish them online or post the latest grade at the door.
For table service a tip of 15–20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

Went to visit today with my sister and our kids, ages 3, 2 and 1. The lady who was working behind the counter was very rude. I tried to mention the no outside food and beverage policy with her and she kept repeating rudely no outside food or beverage. I was trying to explain that my 3 year old has food allergies and could not have any of the offered snacks for purchase. The response I got was no outside food or drink. I didnt even get the chance to offer to buy snacks for the other kids or pay so my child could eat her snacks from home. She also was yelling at other people's children for taking toys down the slide as their mother was trying to parent. She was stepping in and speaking over their mom. The family left soon after. Two stars were given because the kids had fun in the room, but we will not be going back due to the rudeness of the staff.

I was very underwhelmed with the service! The lady who was working behind the counter was rather rude. We brought 3 kids add one had a severe food allergy and they were so rude when we asked if she could eat the food we brought for her if we bought food for the other two since she can’t eat any thing they sell. I understand not wanting out side food. But we did buy food and they did not have any options to meet my nieces restrictions.

Perfect place for a 3rd birthday party! Plenty of seating and tons of toys for the kids. The staff are wonderful and super helpful.

Hands down my favorite play cafe I’ve been to. I’ve visited multiple times and it is always clean and organized, the staff is very kind and the coffee is great!! Many different toys and activities for kids to play with and many snack/food options. Love!

Tried this place today with my 18 month old. Absolutely loved it! The person working was a mom and had her kids there, so cool. Other parents there all sort of worked together to keep everyone safe. Kids all had a blast. Was clean, safe environment. So stoked it’s so close to home. I loved visiting with other moms (and dads) and getting to know their kids. Definitely going to be coming here a lot for socialization and sense of community for my little one and myself. Coffee was really good too⭐️
